The Office Coordinator manages the operations of the Center for Student Engagement main office, including budget management, student employee supervision, office administration, official communications, club support, Info Hub support, updating and maintaining the office website, and providing quality service to students, faculty, staff and guests of the Institute. The Office Coordinator assists with coordination of paperwork and order forms to support program development, implementation, and information dissemination.

The Office Coordinator also provides supervision to the 15+ student workers in the Center for Student Engagement.

The hours of this position are 8:15AM-4:45PM, Mondays ? Fridays.
