We are seeking a Lecturer of Management/ Director of School of Business and Management Experiential Education to work with department chairs, the dean and the Office of Career Services to develop internship and other experiential learning opportunities as well as teach a 2/2 course load. This role will be responsible for:

*Teach one internship section each semester and serve as professional mentor to SBM students.
*Work closely with the Department Chairs, and the Career Center to develop management, accounting, finance, computer science, economics and marketing-related internships.
*Develop and implement new experiential learning opportunities for Emmanuel College students in metro Boston.
*Create an advisory board with Emmanuel College leadership students.
*Develop strategic partnerships with local business and industry organizations who share Emmanuel's strong commitment to social justice, diversity, inclusion and service through the Emmanuel Business Collaborative.
*Work closely with the Director of Athletics, Vice President of Development and others to develop new programs and expand upon legacy programs.
*Mentor and lead students engaged in current experiential programs (e.g. Cardinals Nest Cafe) facilitating business plans including marketing, staffing, and financial management.
*Collaborates with SBM to define internship program and develop systems to support the program including effective record keeping and shared database on EC Learn.
*Acts as the liaison with organizations providing internships to students; works to find new internship opportunities.
*Supports faculty teaching internship sections.
*Works closely with Office of Career Services to support SBM Internship Program.
*Works closely with Dean and Department Chairs to ensure program success.


A Master's degree and corporate training or teaching experience is preferred. Candidates should have three to five years of experience working in corporate recruiting and/or academic career advising.
